HOW DOES THE CAREER JOURNEY BEGIN AT NTM?

We're acting with the right human opinion for the right job. Applications from communication channels to our company are examined for existing or open positions that may occur. Employees deemed appropriate are contacted.

Our negotiations with our candidates consist of three stages;

 At the first stage, a general interview is conducted by Human Resources Unit.
 Face-to-face interviews are provided for our candidates in the same city and online/remote interviews are provided for our out-of-town candidates to make assessments on general issues such as adaptation to the company culture, candidate eligibility for work, past work experience.
 The second interview, along with the candidate's manager and Human Resources, is for technical issues,
 In the last interview, the result is explained to the candidate by Human Resources.
 The career journey begins at NTM with our candidates we agreed on in our negotiations.
