ORIENTATION

Our new colleagues are subjected to an orientation process. In this orientation process, our department managers pass on the processes related to their departments and inform the new employees about our company. Our new employee, who has started the relevant department, continues the orientation process by participating in field work. As a result of observations and evaluations of the team leader and department manager, the field orientation process is ended.

EDUCATION

We can gather our educational goals under three main headings:
 Improving business quality and customer satisfaction through vocational trainings,
 Increasing productivity and ethical values through trainings for personal development,
 To prevent work accidents with ISG trainings and to walk with determination in the goal of “zero accidents”.

PERFORMANCE EVALUTION

In order to evaluate the performance of our colleagues and turn this performance into a reward, we apply the bonus system, which is applied 4 times a year in 3-month periods. Our goal is to create a “winning team” formed by employees and managers focused on goals and results.

EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION

Human value is associated with human investment. Our employees ' feelings of satisfaction and loyalty to NTM are very important to us. For this reason, we follow the satisfaction and motivation of our employees with the "employee satisfaction" survey organized by NTM Human Resources at certain times. According to the results, we prepare the relevant action plans.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Various social activities such as football, bowling, table tennis tournaments organized by" NTM Event Team " are organized.
